What is ITCE service?
The ITCE service encompasses hardware support, printer configuration, network support and help with wi-fi problems. Your ITCE subscription service can even include telephony, camera surveillance and access control.
What about hardware?
In most cases, our tools can be used in conjunction with your current hardware. However, the hardware itself is not included in the ITCE package. But, of course, as a hardware provider, we are there to help you as soon as your current hardware needs upgrading.
Full service at a fixed price
For companies with more than 5 employees, we offer a clear, well-organised subscription service. That way you receive a strong IT solution at a fixed monthly fee per person. This price includes Office 365, Windows Virtual Desktop, storage space on a cloud server, backup of your data, proper security and full IT support. We will also provide training for your staff so that they (and you) can get straight to work.
